The Behaviour Group develops and sustains solutions across training, qualification, certification and advisory, grounded in best practices, management methodologies, management systems and information security.
The group’s activities address professionals, companies and organisations at both national and international levels, delivered through multiple learning models — classroom-based (in-company and in-house), e-learning and blended formats.

This approach enables the group to respond to diverse organisational realities, ensuring technical consistency, pedagogical flexibility and alignment with internationally recognised references, regardless of sector or operating context.

Through the development of its own certification schemes, as well as strategic partnerships and representation of leading international organisations, the group provides differentiated solutions across a broad range of domains. These include internationally recognised ISO standards, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 20000, service management frameworks such as ITIL®, and preparation programmes for globally recognised professional certifications.

These programmes are delivered in collaboration with internationally established bodies and certification organisations, including AXELOS, PeopleCert, EC-Council, among others.

The group also operates as an international examination centre, supporting the delivery and management of professional certification processes in cooperation with multiple certification bodies. This capability includes both fixed and mobile examination solutions, enabling certification initiatives to be delivered across different geographies and organisational environments.

Through this integrated structure, the Behaviour Group contributes to the validation and recognition of professional competencies based on internationally accepted standards, frameworks and best practices, supporting consistent, credible and sustainable professional development paths over time.
