Management System and DGERT Certification

These institutional certifications underpin BEHAVIOUR®’s credibility as a training provider, ensuring methodological consistency, continuous improvement, and trust for organisations and professionals.

BEHAVIOUR’s Quality Management System is aligned with NP 4512 and ISO 9001, with the scope of “design, delivery and evaluation of training actions, design of training materials, and exam management”.

BEHAVIOUR has been accredited by DGERT since 2008 (previous regime). With the evolution of the system towards the certification of training providers, it has been certified by DGERT — the Directorate-General for Employment and Labour Relations — since 2016, reinforcing the quality and compliance of its training processes.

Behaviour Certification Programmes and Partnerships

As part of its business strategy, BEHAVIOUR® developed its own certification programmes (Behaviour Certification Services) and established partnerships with leading international organisations in the areas of training, examinations, and professional certification.

These institutional partnerships enable BEHAVIOUR® to offer training pathways and internationally recognised certifications, ensuring technical rigour, up-to-date content, and alignment with Best Practices, standards and frameworks widely adopted by the market.

Among the partnerships and recognitions, the following stand out:

• Partnership with EC-Council in cybersecurity certifications.
• Recognition as a CIS Supporter.
