From internal request to the right course or pathway — proposal and mapping with rigour
This HUB guides Companies & HR through proposal triage, mapping, and access to courses/confirmed dates, to speed up decision-making and execution.
HR teams receive requests from business units, work with annual goals, and need clear decisions to execute on the right calendar.
At Behaviour, the focus is simple: turn real operational information into coherent courses and pathways, with speed and evidence.
This page is the HUB for Companies & HR. For team planning (role → competencies → pathways matrix), see Team Planning.

Choose your request scenario
Four common situations for HR and business units. One objective: turn your request into decision and execution, with clarity.
1) I already know the exact courses
The internal request is already defined (courses and participants). Receive an objective proposal and aligned scheduling.
2) I have annual goals and want to map
The goals are defined. Submit your goals and receive mapping to courses and/or pathways.
3) I have defined profiles and want to map by profile
Profiles and goals by profile are already defined. Submit the information to receive profile-based mapping.
4) I need training outside the catalogue
The need is specific and has no equivalent in the catalogue. Submit information to receive alternatives or a proposal for a dedicated course.
Note: “profile” refers to a role/type of responsibility with similar competency requirements (e.g., CISO, DPO, IT Manager, Internal Auditor, SOC Team, IT Procurement), to map training consistently by target group.

FAQs — Companies & HR
Triage and guidance to choose the right path. (Logistics, payments, certification and exams are handled on the dedicated pages and FAQs.)
Is it possible to run a closed cohort exclusively for our company? Is there a minimum number of participants?
Yes. It is possible to run closed cohorts exclusively for a single organization. The minimum number is 6 participants.
Can a closed cohort be delivered onsite or live online? Are there any requirements for the remote format?
Yes. The desired format should be indicated in the initial request, for feasibility and operational conditions validation. In live online format, adequate technical conditions must be ensured (stable connection, functional audio, and access to the indicated platform).
Can we bring teams from different units/countries into the same cohort? Can the training be delivered in English?
Yes. Participants from multiple units/countries can be gathered in the same cohort. In those situations, the training is delivered in English to ensure consistency and pedagogical effectiveness.
Can we use examples, cases, or a real scenario from our company during the training?
Yes. It is possible to incorporate organizational examples and scenarios to make the training more applicable to the real context, but only in closed cohorts.
To do so, the team should indicate that intention at the time of the request, so Behaviour can inform the required lead time to receive the topics, processes or situations to be worked on (in summary format and without sensitive information), allowing the trainer to prepare the integration into the session plan.
The integration is performed within the course scope and the cohort’s available time. The scenario will always be based on the course programme, and will not cover topics the course does not address or that belong to another course. This integration is not a consulting service. It consists exclusively of replacing the internal training scenarios with the scenario provided by the company, where applicable.
Can Behaviour guide us in choosing the most relevant courses for our organization?
Yes. Behaviour can support course selection based on the organization’s context and objectives. When the request involves designing pathways by profiles/teams, that analysis is handled on the Team Planning page.
Do training resources and materials, including tailored ones, belong to the company or to Behaviour?
All training resources and materials (including manuals, presentations, exercises, templates and other content), even when developed for closed cohorts and adjusted to the client’s context, are Behaviour’s intellectual property.
The company acquires the right to participate in the training and to use the materials under Behaviour’s terms, but does not acquire ownership or exploitation rights over the development of those contents.
The materials are intended for internal use by the trainee/organization, and reproduction or distribution is not permitted without authorization.
Does Behaviour validate the eligibility of participants nominated by the company?
Yes. Behaviour applies eligibility criteria and, where applicable, verifies compliance with course prerequisites. The acceptance decision is always communicated to the company. For privacy reasons, Behaviour may not share additional details when non-acceptance is not directly related to formal prerequisites.
Is it possible to replace a trainee who is already enrolled in a training session?
Yes. A replacement is possible and should be communicated as soon as possible. To do so, send an email to training@behaviour-group.com indicating the training, the company, and the details of the trainee to be replaced and the new participant, and attach the new registration form duly signed by the trainee.
Next step
Choose the most direct path: for internal requests already defined (courses and participants), use the proposal request.
For annual goals or identified profiles, use the mapping request.
