Exams Centre — Booking, Preparation and Timetables
Behaviour supports candidates and organisations in taking certification exams—both Behaviour’s own and partner exams—with a focus on clarity, method, integrity and process traceability.
On this page you will find, in one place, how booking works and what to prepare before the exam. For rules on exam day, session cancellation and results, see the dedicated page: On exam day — Delivery and Results
What you will find on this page
What the Exams Centre is
It is the structure that coordinates, administers and guides the delivery of exams, ensuring a clear and traceable process—from the initial request to the administrative closure of the session.
- Process traceability (request → confirmation → session → result → administrative evidence)
- Clear rules for identification, administration and conduct
- Preparation guidance (technical requirements and environment)
- Support and routing for technical questions
In practical terms, the Exams Centre is the single point of contact for requests, confirmation and administrative support associated with taking the exam.
What type of exam is yours?
The process depends on the exam type. Identify the scenario and submit the request; Behaviour will guide the next steps.
Behaviour exams
Booking and administration coordinated by Behaviour, with confirmation and session-specific instructions.
Partner exams with Behaviour support
Support in preparation and process, according to the rules of the exam and the respective provider.
Booked directly by the candidate/organisation
When booking is done directly with the provider, that provider’s terms and rules apply.
