Why this course exists

To create a solid foundation and a common language in EGIT and IT Governance, supporting decision-making, alignment and I&T performance.

Many organisations depend critically on information and technology, but maintain dispersed I&T decisions and priorities, with inconsistent language between business, IT, risk and compliance. This course establishes a fundamental knowledge baseline to understand what governance is compared with management, how a governance system is structured, and how an IT Governance framework enables objectives, decisions, metrics and responsibilities to be aligned in order to create value and control risk.

What this course enables you to do

Structure
