Behaviour Live Online Training

Live Online Training at Behaviour allows participants to attend real-time courses with a trainer, interaction between participants, supporting resources and a dynamic close to face-to-face training, without the need to travel.

Live Online Training brings the classroom environment into a digital setting. Through a computer, participants interact with the trainer and with the group, follow explanations, take part in exercises and access the associated training resources.

Online training events in Best Practices take place in the UTC +0 time zone (London / Lisbon). Audio and video are essential and must be available throughout the session to ensure participation and attendance validation.

How Live Online Training works

Live Online Training provides access to knowledge, interaction and certification through a structured, real-time learning experience focused on applied learning.

1

Register online

Schedule the training date and register online. You will receive a non-automatic e-mail confirming your participation. To attend, you only need a computer with stable Internet access, a web browser, PDF reader, word processor, video and audio connection, and any documentation that has been requested.

2

Access the online session

Up to one day before the training, you will receive a link to join the online session. During the course, you will have access to two platforms: one for communication and one for training resources. Access to training resources remains available for a period of up to 1 year.

3

Take part in real time

Training takes place in real time, with multidirectional communication between trainer and participants through a secure, easy-to-use platform designed for training. Discussions, exercises and corrections are carried out online, as in a face-to-face classroom.

The real-time online training experience

Real-time online training combines access flexibility with direct interaction. The participant follows the course in a digital environment while maintaining synchronous contact with the trainer and the group, being able to ask questions, take part in activities and follow the development of the session.

This format is particularly useful for professionals and organisations that want to develop skills without travel, while maintaining a structured, supported training experience aligned with the learning objectives.
