The BEHAVIOUR® operates based on recognised institutional certifications and partnerships, ensuring quality, reliability, and alignment with international references in training, examinations, and professional certification.
Management System and DGERT Certification
These institutional certifications underpin BEHAVIOUR®’s credibility as a training provider, ensuring methodological consistency, continuous improvement, and trust for organisations and professionals.
BEHAVIOUR’s Quality Management System is aligned with NP 4512 and ISO 9001, with the scope of “design, delivery and evaluation of training actions, design of training materials, and exam management”.
BEHAVIOUR has been accredited by DGERT since 2008 (previous regime). With the evolution of the system towards the certification of training providers, it has been certified by DGERT — the Directorate-General for Employment and Labour Relations — since 2016, reinforcing the quality and compliance of its training processes.

Behaviour Certification Programmes and Partnerships
As part of its business strategy, BEHAVIOUR® developed its own certification programmes (Behaviour Certification Services) and established partnerships with leading international organisations in the areas of training, examinations, and professional certification.

Among the partnerships and recognitions, the following stand out:
- Partnerships with PeopleCert and AXELOS in management systems and Best Practices.
- Partnership with EC-Council in cybersecurity certifications.
- Recognition as a CIS Supporter.
- International exam centres: Pearson VUE, Kryterion, Castle Worldwide, PSI Testing Center, PeopleCert, EC-Council and the Behaviour Certification Services Testing Center.
