Exam Booking

Behaviour provides its own certification exams as well as exams from various international vendors, with a simple booking process tailored to the needs of each candidate or organisation.

On this page you will find the available booking options and the information required to register your exam.

In simple terms:

  • Behaviour, EC-Council and PeopleCert exams – booking via Behaviour
  • Pearson VUE exams – direct booking in the Pearson VUE system
  • Kryterion and Castle Worldwide exams – direct scheduling with the vendor

How to book your exam

You can book your exam in the following ways:

  • Behaviour exams – taken online, on the last day of the training course or on a date agreed with the candidate, within the maximum period indicated at the time of enrolment.
  • EC-Council exams – taken online on a date chosen by the candidate, within the maximum period indicated at the time of enrolment. Booking is handled via Behaviour.
  • PeopleCert exams – taken online on a date chosen by the candidate, within the maximum period indicated at the time of enrolment. Booking is handled via Behaviour.
  • Pearson VUE exams – for exams whose vendor is available through Pearson VUE, booking is made directly by the candidate in the Pearson VUE system.
  • Kryterion exams – scheduled directly with the vendor. More information at Kryteriononline.com.
  • Castle Worldwide exams – scheduled directly with the vendor. More information at Scantron.

 

Bookings made via Behaviour require a minimum of 5 working days.

If you wish to reschedule an exam that has already been booked, the change must be communicated to Behaviour at least 3 working days in advance.

It is not possible to cancel exams once booked. All bookings made via Behaviour are confirmed by email.

What you need to register your exam

For exam registration, please have the following information available:

  • Full name
  • ID Number from the international examination centre
    (for example, your Pearson VUE candidate ID, if you have taken exams previously)
  • Identification document (number and issue date)

If the exam will be invoiced to a company:

  • Company name
  • Tax ID number
  • Address
  • Phone number and, if applicable, fax

If the exam will be invoiced to an individual:

  • Address
  • Tax ID number
  • Phone number

In addition, you should indicate:

  • Exam name and/or exam code
  • Your preferred exam date and time
    (please note the Examination Centre opening hours)
  • Any other documents that may be requested by the vendor

Special accommodations must be requested from the International Examination Centre at least 2 weeks in advance of your intended exam date.
