Sales Consultant

Work location: Lisbon

Duties and responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities and active market prospecting (B2B and B2C).
  • Acquiring and developing clients, ensuring the management and expansion of the existing portfolio.
  • Preparing, presenting and negotiating commercial proposals, following the process through to contract closure.
  • Account management and post-sales follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Contributing to the development of the sales strategy, aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Working with the marketing and training teams to promote integrated and innovative solutions.

Role requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or secondary education (minimum).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales roles, preferably in professional training or B2B services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of CRM tools and image creation tools is valued.
  • Strong organisation, planning and time-management skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven profile, with resilience and the ability to overcome challenges.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of teamwork.
  • Driving licence and immediate availability.

Sales and Marketing Assistant

Work location: Lisbon

Duties and responsibilities

  • Supporting the definition and execution of the Marketing Plan, aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Carrying out market and trend analysis, contributing to the identification of business opportunities.
  • Planning, implementing and monitoring digital and offline marketing campaigns, ensuring results tracking and reporting.
  • Managing and updating content across digital channels (website, social media, newsletters) and supporting the brand’s online presence.
  • Co-ordinating communications, events and product management activities, working closely with internal teams.
  • Supporting the sales team in client and partner communications, contributing to retention and business development.

Role requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or a similar field.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, social media, Google Ads, Analytics, email marketing).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and image creation tools.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to evaluate campaigns and define corrective strategies.
  • Experience in client-facing work (in-person and remote) and a client-oriented mindset.
  • Proactive, creative, dynamic and results-driven profile.
  • Strong organisation, time-management and teamwork skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation.
  • Immediate availability.
