Behaviour carries out its activity based on recognised management systems and partnerships, ensuring quality, reliability and alignment with international references.

Management System and DGERT Certification

Behaviour operates a Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001, with the scope covering “design, delivery and evaluation of training activities, development of training materials and exam management”.

In addition, Behaviour is a DGERT-certified entity – Directorate-General for Employment and Labour Relations, which further reinforces the quality and compliance of its training processes.

As part of its business strategy, Behaviour has developed its own certification programmes (Behaviour Certification Services) and established partnerships with recognised training, examination and certification bodies.
