On exam day: what you need to know

On the day of the exam, specific rules apply to ensure the security, reliability and integrity of the entire process.
Before attending, please review the points below.

General rules on exam day

  • Exams are proctored by accredited administrators from international examination centres BEHAVIOUR, EC-Council, PeopleCert, Pearson VUE, Kryterion e Castle Worldwide.
  • On the day of the exam, candidates must present two valid forms of identification, both bearing a signature and at least one with a photograph (preferably a Citizen Card and another document such as a Driving Licence).
  • Personal belongings are not permitted in the examination room.
    All personal items must be stored securely before the exam begins.
  • Candidates must arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled exam time.
    After the scheduled start time, entry to the examination room will not be permitted, and the candidate will be considered a no-show.
  • Failure to attend the exam on the scheduled date and time results in the forfeiture of any fees already paid by the contracting entity at the time of registration.
