You may request a declaration of attendance (evaluation and payment are still required).

How long does the certificate of attendance take?

After the evaluation process is completed, which depends on receiving evaluations from all learners who attended the course.

Data processing and platforms outside the EU

We use platforms such as Cisco Webex in compliance with the GDPR, collecting only the minimum data required.

If Behaviour postpones a date, what happens?

Behaviour only reschedules training in exceptional circumstances or outside its control. We will always propose a new date.

How do I submit a complaint?

Behaviour provides the Complaints Book in accordance with applicable legislation. All suggestions and complaints must be submitted to Behaviour via the complaint handling form provided on the first training day or by email to training@behaviour-group.com.

Complaints made through non-official channels, such as public websites or online reviews, are not considered, as these channels are not monitored and do not ensure authenticity or appropriate handling. Behaviour believes that clients who value resolution communicate directly; other channels tend to harm reputation rather than resolve the matter.

How do I digitally sign documentation?

Qualified digital signature is performed via Chave Móvel Digital or the Autenticação.gov app.

Exams

How do exams work?
  • Delivered online;
  • On the last day of training or on another agreed date;

Certification

How does certification work after passing the exam?
  • You receive application instructions (form + documentation);
  • Experience is verified by a verifier;
  • The fee may or may not be included in the exam (confirm by email to certification@behaviour-group.com);
  • After validation: digital certificate and/or badge.
What is a verifier and why is it required?

A verifier is the person (supervisor/manager/colleague) who confirms your professional experience in the certification area.

Can I handle the certification process by phone?

For security and data protection reasons, only by email and through the email address indicated on the exam form. For this reason, you should provide your personal email address rather than an institutional one.

How long does it take to issue the certificate?

After the certification process is validated, the certificate and badge are sent by email. Timing depends on how quickly you submit complete documentation.

Can certification be revoked?

Yes, in case of breach of the code of ethics or failure to meet certification maintenance requirements (part of the certification/recertification process).

Can I share it on LinkedIn?

Yes. You may post and mention Behaviour Group.

How do I digitally sign documentation?

Qualified digital signature is performed via Chave Móvel Digital or the Autenticação.gov app.

Recertification

When should I recertify? Will I be reminded?

Before the expiry date (typically 3 years). You will receive email reminders 4 to 6 months before your certification expires.

How does recertification work?
  • Submission of form, documentation and payment;
  • Verification of experience/activities;
  • After validation: new certificate and/or badge.
Do I need new training to recertify?

For now it is not mandatory, provided you maintain the required credits and experience within the deadlines for reporting. However, certification schemes may change.

My certification expired. What happens?

Your certification is suspended and you may not use the certificate/badge. If you wish to reactivate it, there may be fees per year of delay and, in some cases, new training or a new exam (to obtain the required credits).

Can I reactivate an expired certification?

Yes, by providing the required credits and paying an additional fee per year of delay, plus the recertification fee, up to the maximum period indicated in the certification scheme.

Signature requirements for recertification

Qualified digital signature is performed via Chave Móvel Digital or the Autenticação.gov app.
